Wishlist Creations(sm) and Mommy Matinee have a deep respect for your privacy.

In no way, shape or form will Wishlist Creations(sm) or Mommy Matinee share contact information with a third party.  The only exception is the unlikely event that law enforcement officials, or court orders, would require this information.

We frequently conduct surveys, which do not require any personal information to be supplied.

The questions on the surveys are simple, basic and benign in nature.

However, we understand and respect that people have different levels of comfort when supplying any information.

For demographic statistics, there may be survey questions that ask about sex (male/female), age range, marital status, race, etc. Most of these questions, with the exception of sex and age range, do not require an answer and may be skipped entirely. These types of questions even give the choice "Prefer not to answer."

There is also a brief section in most of our surveys, which can be entirely or partially skipped, asking for contact information: name, city/town/email address, and phone number. This information is solely for the purposes of Mommy Matinee contacting respondents only to inform them of Mommy Matinee events we feel will appeal to them, and informing the winners of any contests and/or drawings.  Not supplying any contact information makes one ineligible for contests and drawings.

Only the names and cities/states of contest and/or drawing winners will be announced, on our website and any other media used to promote Wishlist Creations(sm)/ Mommy Matinee, for authenticity purposes.  However, in the event that a winner does not want their name announced, and expresses to Mommy Matinee that they do not want their name announced, we will use their first name only, and indicate that their last name is withheld.  In the event a winner has a very unusual first name, and does not wish for that name to be anounced, Mommy Matinee will comply with the individual's request, and indicate that their name is withheld.  Because the names of the winners will be announced right after the drawings, we ask the following from those who do not want their names announced:
Please indicate in the comments or suggestion portion on the survey, if you do not want your name announced, in the event you are one of the winners.  You can also email us at info@mommymatinee.com before the scheduled announcement of the contest winners.

If you are a contest winner, and opt to have your prize delivered to a mailing address of your choice, we will hold the address information in the strictest of confidence.  We will not post, share, sell, or in anyway provide that information to a third party (again, the only exception would be to comply with law enforcement and court officials).  Nor will we use the mailing address you provid,e to send you any unsolicited items from our own company or sponsors.  We will continue to periodically contact you by email, unless you ask us not to,  with any information we feel may be of interest to you.

We use third-party advertising companies to display ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. If you happen to visit a site(s), indicated on Mommy Matinee's site, and decide to supply them with additional information (name, address, age, demographics, etc.), that is a contract between you and that site(s).
